Elaine Eisenman is managing director of Saeje Advisors. Previously, she served for 12 years as Dean of Executive Education at Babson College. Elaine’s career includes experience as a corporate general manager, human resources executive including at American Express, Enhance Financial Services, The Children’s Place, as well as several leading consulting firms. Her areas of expertise include executive selection, transition, and succession, and the alignment of strategy, selection, compensation, and performance during periods of growth and transformation. Elaine is a frequent keynote speaker.
Elaine is author of books and many articles including, “Betrayed: A Survivor’s Guide to Lying,Cheating, and Double-Dealing” and “I Didn’t See It Coming: The Only Book You’ll Ever Need to Avoid being Blind-sided in Business,” and has written extensively about leadership of boards and executive teams. Elaine has been frequently cited and interviewed including in the WSJ, BusinessWeek, ABC’s 20/20. She serves on the Boards of DSW, Miravan, and AtmosXR, is a founding member of Women Corporate Directors Foundation and The Belizean Grove, and President of New England Chapter of the Private Directors Association. Elaine earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, and an MS from Columbia University.
